WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I am based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (originally from South Africa) but I welcome all clients far and wide.  I currently work for clients in Singapore, South Africa, Australia, United Kingdom, Malta & New York.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Good question.  We are currently only shipping throughout Australia.  Standard shipping costs $9 however prices may increase according to weight of shipment.  

For all international shipments, your price will be confirmed upon confirmation of order and shipment goods.  This is due to customs and weight. 
 

WHAT ARE YOUR TURN AROUND TIMES FOR BRAND & WEB DESIGN \ BESPOKE PRODUCTS?

Usually, in order to plan and spend quality time on your project, I ask for a maximum of 8 weeks per project.  Most times, I am able to complete a project within 4 weeks.

For all bespoke paper goods orders, please allow 5 working days before your product can be dispatched. This is due to the nature of the product and the personalisation for each product.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

A 50% deposit is required before any design work commences.   

All products available in the shop are to be paid for upon checkout. 

We no longer offer wholesale on any of our bespoke paper good products. 

NO DEPOSITS ARE REFUNDABLE SHOULD YOU NOT COMMUNICATE WITH ME OR NEGLECT TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS! In the unlikely event of a refund due to unsatisfactory results, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY?

I really hope I don't disappoint you but in the unlikely event that this happens, I am happy to oblige and refund you according to the time put in and the product delivered. Usually this equals 50% of your deposit. 

Please note you will receive a refund but you will not receive any images for use on your website or any branded products.

I do not deliver any work unless signed for by you, be it by email or written confirmation + paid for in full. This is to safeguard us both and to ensure there are no miscommunications along the way.  No one enjoys this part of the business deal, but we all have families to feed and bills to pay.
