Responsive design - a small tip.

Whilst I have some awesome blog posts planned for the New Year, I wanted to share a few snippets of my responsive web design for my new site. This is such an important factor in launching your website. Always make sure you are able to read your site properly on different media. ie. Mobile + iPad, Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome etc.

This is what mine looks like on mobile and Ipad. If a potential client (or anyone for that fact) clicks on your site and they can’t read it properly - then most times, you’ve lost them and the chance to show them your work and what you’re all about.

Responsive design is an approach to web design that makes web pages render well on a variety of devices and window or screen sizes. Content, design and performance are necessary across all devices to ensure usability and satisfaction.

Have you checked your website to see that it works for all eyes on all different forms of electronics? If you are having your site designed by someone else, in most cases, the professional will know this and will ensure your site is adapted accordingly. But if you are designing on your own and hoping to launch a successful site, please make sure you check this so that you don’t lose potential clients.
